Privacy policy

NEOZUO ("the company") publishes this policy to protect personal information and handle related requests under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Information collected and how

Through the inquiry form, we collect your name, email address and message (required), and company or academy name and phone number (optional).

2. Purpose of use

We use this information only to review, respond to and communicate about your inquiry. We do not use it for advertising or marketing.

3. Retention

We retain the information for one year after the consultation ends, then delete it without delay. If you request deletion, we delete it immediately.

4. Deletion

When the retention period ends, electronic files are deleted in a way that prevents recovery.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties, except when required by law.

6. Service providers and overseas transfers

When you submit the form, the information is transmitted over the internet using Web3Forms for form delivery and Google Workspace (Google LLC) to receive and store company email. These services may use servers outside Korea; the retention period is stated above. If you do not want an overseas transfer, you can contact us through our KakaoTalk channel instead.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time using the contact details below.
